Privacy Policy
How your details are used. Last updated 12 September 2026.
Who is responsible
Mark Graham operates this website. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or to withdraw consent, contact Mark using the Instagram or TikTok links on the Contact page.
The free guide
We collect your first name and email address to provide the guide you request. Your coffee-shop stage is optional. We also record when you submitted the form and your marketing consent choice. The guide is available immediately after a successful signup, whether or not you choose marketing emails.
Optional emails
Coffee-shop marketing is based on your separate, optional consent. The checkbox is unticked by default. The homepage newsletter is a separate subscription to Mark’s business and project updates. You can withdraw consent at any time through the Contact page. Signing up does not trigger an automatic email from this website.
Storage and use
Submissions are stored in a private database hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Only Mark’s authorised account can view or export them. Details are used to fulfil your guide request and, where you have opted in, for the relevant email updates. We do not sell your details. Hosting providers process information to operate the site.
Retention and your choices
Guide-only requests are retained for up to 12 months. Subscription and consent records are retained while needed to manage your subscription and honour your choices. You may request access, correction or deletion, object where applicable, or withdraw consent. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and external sites
An essential cookie remembers guide access for 24 hours after signup. The site does not add advertising or marketing analytics cookies. ChatGPT sign-in is used for the private owner area. Linked social platforms have their own privacy policies.
